Terms of Exchange and Return

Introducción 

At Maison Decoration, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases. For this reason, we have established a clear and simple return and exchange policy, in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations.

Deadline for Returns and Exchanges

  • You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange or return.
  •  After this period, we will not be able to accept requests for exchange or return, except for exceptions related to manufacturing defects or legal non-compliance.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact.
  •  No returns will be accepted on customized, downloadable or perishable products, except in cases of defects.
  • The customer must present proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) to process any exchange or return.

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Contact: Send an email to [Contact email] indicating: ◦ Order number. ◦ Reason for exchange or return. ◦ Photographs in case of defective or damaged products.

  2. Confirmation: Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Product Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the order.

  4. Refund or Exchange: Once received and reviewed the returned product, we will proceed to exchange or refund, as appropriate.

     

     

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receipt of the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Initial shipping charges will not be refunded unless the product is defective or incorrect..

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, you must inform us within 14 days of receipt. We will bear all return and replacement costs in these cases.

Exceptions

  • Returns are not accepted for:
  • Products on sale or discount, except in case of defects.
  • Products for personal use, such as underwear, cosmetics or jewelry, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Size or Color Changes

  • Changes for size or color will be subject to inventory availability.
  • In case of unavailability, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

  • The customer assumes the shipping costs for exchanges or returns, except in cases of defects or errors in the order.
  • We recommend using a courier service with tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
